肾癌
肾癌亦称肾细胞癌、肾腺癌,占肾恶性肿瘤的 80%~90%,是最常见的肾脏实质鼦性肿瘤,其起源于肾小管上皮细胞,也可以发生于肾实质的任何部位,根据显微镜下和癌肿的外形,又有乳头状癌和透明细胞癌及颗粒细胞癌和梭状细胞癌之分。

疾病相关知识
肾癌的发病率每年上升 2%, 根据 WHO发布的《World Cancer Report 2014》统计数据显示,2012 年全世界共有 33.8 万新发病例,中国占 19.7%, 14.3 万死亡病例中中国占有17.8%。肾癌约占成人恶性肿瘤的 2%~3%,世界范围内各国或各地区的发病率各不相同,总体上发达国家发病率高于发展中国家, 城市地区高于农村地区,男性多于女性,男女患者比例约为 2: 1,发病年龄可见于各年龄段,高发年龄 50~70 岁。
肾癌的病因未明,已经明确的与肾癌发病相关因素有遗传、吸烟、肥胖、高血压及抗高血压治疗等有关,遗传性肾癌约占全部肾癌的 4%。
预防
1. 多吃水果、 蔬菜及高纤维类食物,在平时养成良好的饮食习惯对肾癌的预防有很大的帮助。
2. 注意有血尿、腰痛、结石等现象时,需要定期做肾输尿管 B 超检查。

高危人群
1. 有肾癌家族史的家庭成员,特别 40 岁以上者。
2. 患有先天性肾发育异常的人群,如先天性多囊肾、先天性马蹄肾、先天性肾囊肿等。
3. 患有肾脏疾病者,如肾积水、急性肾炎、慢性肾炎、肾脓肿、肾结核等患者。
4. 长期吸烟者或二手烟受害者。
5. 长期酗酒者,特别吸烟与饮酒同时嗜好者。
6. 长期大量乱用解热镇痛药成瘾者, 如含有阿司匹林、 非那西丁及扑热息痛等制剂。
7. 经常大量食用红肉(猪肉、牛肉、羊肉)和奶制品人群。
8. 长期暴露工业污染的人群。

检测的基因
CCND1: CCND1 基因编码产物 CyclinD1 是一种关键的细胞周期调控蛋白,促进细胞周期由 G1 期向 S 期转化,其异常表达与肿瘤发生发展密切相关。
SCARB1 :编码清除因子受体类 B 成员 1,该编码产物主要参与胆固醇代谢、运输,细胞
凋亡等。
ZEB2: 属于 E 盒结合锌指蛋白家族, ZEB2 在胚胎的发育过程中发挥了重要作用,参与了对肿瘤细胞凋亡、细胞周期及复制衰老等方面的调控。 ZEB2 通过 TGFl3 依赖的方式,负向调节人端粒酶逆转录酶的表达,促进肿瘤细胞的衰老。
